William G. McCormick, CFA
is a Co-founder and Managing Director of Church Tavern Advisors, LLC. Prior to
founding CTA, Mr. McCormick was a Managing Director the Senior Portfolio
Manager and Portfolio Group Head for Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale
(West LB), New York's $15 billion on and off balance sheet portfolios. He is a
pioneer in the ABCP and CDO markets which includes structuring and marketing
Greyhawk Funding, LLC ($10 billion ABCP program), Blue Heron I and II ($1
billion mini-conduits) and Talon Funding CBO I ($500 million ABS CBO). Prior
to joining West LB, Mr. McCormick was a Portfolio Manager within the structured
mortgage money management group at Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1993 to 1995.
He started his investment career at CIGNA Investments, Inc. in 1988 as an
Analyst and advanced to become a Portfolio Manager. Prior to CIGNA, he
practiced as a Tax Accountant at Arthur Anderson & Co. from 1986 to 1988.
Mr. McCormick has an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Hartford and a
B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hamilton College.

Wesley W. Sparks
is a Co-founder and Managing Director of Church Tavern Advisors, LLC. Prior to
founding CTA, Mr. Sparks was a private investor in multiple start-up ventures.
From 1982 to 1996, Mr. Sparks was employed at Merrill Lynch & Co. From
1989, Mr. Sparks was a Managing Director in the mortgage department. His
primary responsibility was managing the risk of the mortgage and asset-backed
department. Prior to overseeing risk management, Mr. Sparks was responsible for
the trading of CMOs, asset-backed and adjustable rate mortgage product.
Previously, Mr. Sparks was in charge of corporate floating rate notes and
medium term floating rate notes trading. In addition, he held several
positions within the money market department. Mr. Sparks worked at Citibank
as a Manager in the domestic funding department from 1979 to 1982. Mr. Sparks
has an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from Babson College.

Andrew Waine, CFA
is a Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager with Church Tavern Advisors, LLC.
Prior to joining CTA, Mr. Waine was a Director with West LB. Mr. Waine's
primary responsibility was the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
sector. In addition, he managed the agency mortgage-backed position for West
LB. Mr. Waine also administered all hedges for the West LB Portfolio Group.
Before joining West LB, Mr. Waine was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley &
Co. from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Waine began in the structured mortgage money
management group and advanced to their mortgage research area. From 1990 to
1991, Mr. Waine worked in sales and marketing at National Securities and
Research Corporation, a mutual fund company. Mr. Waine holds an M.B.A. from
Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in Physics from
Middlebury College.

Eric K. Seward, CFA
is a Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager with Church Tavern Advisors, LLC.
Prior to joining CTA, he worked as an Assistant Vice President at West LB. Mr.
Seward's primary responsibility was the non-agency residential mortgage sector
with a special emphasis on the B & C mortgage market. In addition, he
managed the non-mortgage ABS position for West LB. Prior to joining West LB,
Mr. Seward worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. as a Money Market Trader
in the fixed-income department from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Seward graduated with a
B.S. in Finance and Investments from Babson College.

Kenneth I. Atlas
is a Principal of Church Tavern Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining CTA, Mr. Atlas
was a Partner, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Watch Hill Investment
Partners from 2000 to 2004. Prior to 2000, Mr. Atlas was a Senior Portfolio Manager at
Watch Hill Investment Partners. From 1983 to 1996, Mr. Atlas was employed at Merrill
Lynch & Co. where he was responsible for the structuring, trading, hedging and
distribution of all structured mortgage product including CMOs, Interest Only
Securities, Principal Only Securities and all MBS derivative structures. Prior to
managing the CMO product line, Mr. Atlas traded mortgage pass thru bonds. Mr. Atlas has
a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University.
